Giraffe, silent evanesce

Giraffes are one of the most majestic and beloved safari animals on our great planet, yet they are slipping away into a silent extinction.  For the first time in history, giraffes have been listed as vulnerable due to  habitat destruction and poaching.

This oil painting is of a Masai Giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis tippelskirchi) which inhabits the tropical savannas of Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, and Tanzania.

Original Painting is not for sale at this time.

Limited edition prints are for sale; a portion of the profit will be donated for conservation.  Please contact me for information on prints.
